Located on a residential street in architecturally-rich Bedford-Stuyvesant, this brownstone renovation required a complete gut to transform the four-family apartment structure into three spacious apartments and a duplex, bringing the lovely historical residences into the present era.

 

Our team worked with entirely updated blueprints to relocate bathrooms, kitchens and other rooms for more open floorplans. We replaced the wiring, exposed some natural brick in the walls, and laid the flooring with a gorgeous light wood, adding a luminous, reflective quality to the homes. As you can see above, the rebuilt kitchens and bathrooms are modern, elegant spaces that match the lavish ambiance the of the neighborhood, and the finished units are pristine.
