This project, located in the quiet heart of Park Slope, presented the challenge of updating and converting two historic brownstone buildings into five modern condominiums.

 

Our team worked meticulously to restore these two homes while preserving the structural integrity and Brooklyn roots of the neighborhood. By gut renovating the two addresses jointly, our team was able to elevate the previously-cramped units into gorgeous, sprawling double-wide living spaces, complete with entirely new structural work, exposed brick, replaced beams, new plumbing and electrical services, master bedroom suites, elegant kitchens, luxurious bathrooms, garden patios, roof terraces, updated brownstone facades and more.

 

We took detailed care to ensure that, from the sidewalk, the building retained its prewar 1920s charm, but, as you’ll see from the photos, the interior completed condos are state-of-the-art, modern living spaces that we are proud to add to our portfolio.
